Display settings

Use the icon showing a person in a circle at the top right to open the settings. There you can change the text size, contrast, text spacing and font, highlight links, reduce motion, hide decorative images and – where available – show a plain-language version.

Your choices are stored only in your browser (local storage) and are not sent to us. “Reset” restores the default values.

Keyboard use

All functions can be reached with the Tab key. The “Skip to content” link appears when you first press Tab. You can also open the search with Ctrl + K (Mac: ⌘ + K); close dialogs with Esc.

Plain language

A plain-language version is available for the home page, the three areas of work, the page about pets and the contact page. It has been written editorially and has not been tested as “Easy Read”. It is not yet available for the other pages.

Status and testing

The website was designed with the WCAG 2.2 in mind and has been tested technically. A full test with screen readers and by people with disabilities is still pending; conformance is therefore not declared.
